Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store located at Foothills Store (S 47th Way & E Ray Rd). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail sales associates, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance to ensure a clean and well-organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Financial Management: Analyze sales data, manage inventory levels, and control expenses to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of retail sales associates, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Community Engagement: Partner with local businesses and organizations to promote our brand and drive community engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
