  • Manage key financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Step in for the Store Manager as needed, ensuring continuity and smooth operation of the store.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO; 21 years of age for all other states.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and liability insurance.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days, adapting to the dynamic store environment.
  • Fluent in English with basic math skills.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Eager to learn and grow with the company, particularly in Tennessee where you can master Topshelf Manager Training.
