The Policy Services Representative II will be an integral part of the Life Customer Service Team at Michigan Farm Bureau. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to agents and policyholders via phone, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and new business applications, ensuring complete and accurate information.
- Issue policies and record payments, maintaining accurate records and files.
- Collaborate with field representatives and agents to resolve issues and provide support.
- Maintain workflow within the unit, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum six months experience in insurance processing and customer service.
- Experienced computer usage and proven keyboarding skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Data entry and keyboard skills.
- Good judgment, friendly and helpful attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree with a focus on insurance, business administration, finance, or management.
