Site Supervisor

Are you a motivated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional services? Hallcon is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our safety goals, client service, and local staffing needs.

Hallcon provides mission-critical employee transportation services to the largest railroad operators in North America. We offer safe, reliable, innovative, consistent, and cost-effective solutions to our clients.

• Manage staffing and training for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Ensure safety through training and vehicle maintenance and cleaning to protect our employees and clients.
• Bridge the gap between Hallcon field employees and corporate to foster effective communication.
• Coordinate with the Regional Manager to ensure all assigned locations are operating at maximum efficiency.
• Work with Risk Management to report all violations, safety issues, injuries, and incidents.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Valid Driver's License with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in team management.

• Strong administrative and computer skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Quick and decisive decision-making ability.
• Good communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely respond to inquiries.
