Front Desk Agent

Midas Hospitality is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Residence Inn / Fairfield Inn hotel in Charlotte, NC. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arriving, departing, and in-house guests, as well as handling telephone inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and issue room keys
Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes for guests
Answer inquiries and provide information on hotel services, registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions
Maintain accurate records of room availability and guests' accounts
Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests
Make, confirm, and cancel reservations
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred
Experience in a customer service industry is required
