Strategy Associate

At The Equus Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy Associate to join our team. As a key member of our strategy team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, tailored strategies to meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize Excel proficiency to manipulate data, perform analysis, and create impactful presentations to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency to drive results.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client requests and project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, strategy consulting, or related roles.
  • Skills: Proven track record of client management, strong professional presence, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
