The University of Chicago Booth School of Business is seeking an Associate Director of Programs and Data Strategy to join the Rustandy Center team. This is a unique opportunity to advance research, promote innovation, and develop the people and practices to accelerate solving the social problems confronting our world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, plan, and execute multiple student- and alumni-facing social sector engagement programs.
  • Develop and oversee the development and overall quality of event and program data processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, programs, and other social sector engagement opportunities to students and alumni.
  • Oversee the program team's usage of the Airtable platform, managing the data and processes that all of its programs and events are built upon.
  • Work with other Booth colleagues and University colleagues to share and develop best practices.
About the Rustandy Center

The Rustandy Center's mission is to advance research, promote innovation, and develop the people and practices to accelerate solving the social problems confronting our world. This position focuses on supporting the Rustandy Center's program goals to equip Booth students and alumni to increase their social impact by applying their business and management skills, knowledge, and experience.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program development, event planning, and data management. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
