- Plan and implement strategies to optimize staff utilization and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a healthy and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and conflict resolution.
- Participate in recruiting, selecting, mentoring, and evaluating nursing personnel, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care.
- Stay up-to-date with current evidence-based practices and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and excellence in care delivery.
- Current and active certification as a Registered Nurse under the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
- Valid CPR/BLS certification.
- At least two years of full-time experience as a registered nurse in a recognized hospital, clinic, or medical facility, with at least one year in a supervisory, administrative, or managerial capacity.
