About the Job

This position involves working as a member of a multidisciplinary team to provide residential mental health care for up to 15 residents at our Olympia location. You will be responsible for conducting medical assessments, establishing individualized health plans, and implementing interventions to meet individual needs.

You will assess the medical condition of residents upon intake, conduct routine medical screening functions, and measure basic physiological functioning. You will also support and promote nutritional status, evaluate resident complaints, and intervene with proper techniques and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health environments and a valid Washington State Driver's License. They will demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control policies and procedures and meet health requirements, including flu vaccination and COVID-19 vaccination and booster.

This position offers a competitive salary of $38-$50 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include paid time off, option for Medical, Dental/Vision Benefits for Full-Time employees, and Employee Assistance Program offered for insurance eligible employees.
