Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers an estimated salary of $21.17-$24.28 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, paid time off, and more.

Job Description

As a Compassionate Support Specialist or Personal Care Assistant, you will provide assistance with daily activities, engage in meaningful conversations, and share laughs with clients. You will also help with personal hygiene, prepare nutritious meals, and be a compassionate companion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Be 18+ years old
  • Bilingual Korean, Spanish speaking
  • Have reliable personal transportation
  • Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
  • Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
  • Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
  • Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
  • A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills

Work Schedule

This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work part-time or full-time based on your preferences. You can choose your preferred days, times, and locations.
