Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team in Olympia, Washington. As an Advanced Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare facility.

About the Role

This is a travel position with a 13-week contract, offering a competitive salary package and comprehensive benefits. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working as an MRI Technologist, with a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and imaging principles.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in operating MRI scanners, positioning patients, and interpreting image data. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment
  • Position patients on the scanner table, ensuring accurate and safe scanning procedures
  • Inject contrast media as required, maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols
  • Analyze image data to identify abnormalities and contribute to diagnosis
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Valid state radiology registration and current licensure
  • Minimum 18 months of MRI Technologist experience, preferably in a critical care setting
  • Registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
