Job Overview

Amaze Health is seeking a skilled Benefits Analyst to play a crucial role in managing and analyzing benefit programs and policies. This position requires a meticulous and analytical individual who can ensure that our operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate individual and group insurance benefits plans to ensure coverage meets organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure optimal benefit offerings for patients.
  • Provide insights regarding trends in benefits utilization and recommend adjustments to align with patient and organizational needs.
  • Work with the finance and accounting teams to ensure precise reporting of benefits costs and utilization metrics.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to maintain compliance.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on benefits performance and recommendations for upgrades.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, analytics, or related field within a healthcare or insurance environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools, with intermediate skills in reporting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations and benefit structures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively with various teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000/year, depending on experience.
