Job Title: Marketing/Sales Associate

Join DOCS Medical Group as a Marketing/Sales Associate and play a vital role in promoting our services while ensuring excellent patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Initiatives: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote DOCS Medical Group services.
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Medical Records Management: Ensure accurate and timely handling of medical records, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Outreach and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, businesses, and community organizations.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with healthcare providers to understand service offerings and patient needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in healthcare marketing, customer service, or front desk operations is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and technical proficiency.
