At RSR - Frontier, we're on a mission to build a digital infrastructure that empowers communities across the nation. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in connecting customers to our blazing-fast broadband connectivity.

What We're Seeking:

We're looking for a driven and persistent individual who can confidently and professionally prospect customers to explain our product offerings and value. You'll need to navigate your assigned territory, close sales, and nurture relationships with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new residential customers from assigned leads and territories through door-to-door solicitation, outbound calling, and lead follow-up.
  • Analyze and develop personalized sales proposals based on meeting customers' needs.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings and complete training programs.
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to products sold, following departmental policies and quality control guidelines.
  • Stay informed about competitors' activities in the assigned territory and report any changing competitive pricing programs or marketing directives to the manager.
What We Offer:

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to travel to and from assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle.
  • Familiarity with computer operating systems, software applications, and communication devices.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to maximize customer contact.
  • Strong English language comprehension (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous success in sales, prospecting, or cold calling, with 6 months+ of direct sales experience.
  • Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services, particularly fixed telecommunications services.
