Position Overview
As a Facilities Lifecycle Program Analyst, you will engage directly with supported commands and stakeholders, effectively translating their requirements and priorities into the products and services offered by NAVFAC.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage workload and monitor performance to ensure productivity within the facilities lifecycle program.
2. Align and translate the organizational strategies of both the supported command and NAVFAC into actionable infrastructure plans for both the short and long term.
3. Utilize formal decision-making processes to plan and program infrastructure requirements through the official governance structure.
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive multi-year plans for facility projects, including Military Construction and Facility Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization initiatives.

Communication and Presentation
You will be responsible for delivering effective oral and written presentations on critical matters to high-level staff, including commanding officers and department heads up to the O-9 officer level and SES level.

Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must be U.S. citizens and suitable for federal employment. Participation in the direct deposit pay program is mandatory. New hires will need to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Additionally, you must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.

Experience
Your resume should demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level, which includes:
1. Applying program management and leadership skills to deliver products and services.
2. Planning and programming infrastructure lifecycle management projects.
3. Utilizing knowledge of facility engineering and construction delivery methods to develop cost and schedule estimates.
4. Understanding customer mission needs and translating them into facilities engineering requirements.
