Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Analyst to join our team at Fannie Mae. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for supporting the product lifecycle, providing tactical support across product areas, and collaborating with the team to assess product needs and conduct product backlog maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Analysis: Gather information about new or existing products, assess the current state of products to discover additional needs, and contribute to the design, development, testing, and evaluation of products.
  • Product Support: Support multiple internal groups in an energizing environment, coordinate with internal teams to define product strategy and customer outreach, and provide tactical support across product areas.
  • Product Maintenance: Collaborate with the team to manage plans, issues, and risks for products, and ensure the ongoing maintenance of products.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of related experience in product development, product analysis, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and Management.
  • Skills: Strong accounting skills, deep understanding of internal controls, risk management, and business processes, data acumen, and experience working with large volumes of data.
  • Tools: Skilled in SQL, TOAD SQL database management tool, SharePoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Workday Reporting Tools and Prism Analytics.
