Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

At Donohoe Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills to oversee the Front Desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Front Desk team to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Maintain high standards of productivity, employee morale, and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform cashier duties, manage phone charges, and post miscellaneous charges to guest accounts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Front Office area.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain control in difficult situations.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
