Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume full accountability for company decisions in relation to your team.
  • Ensure that every team member comprehends service expectations, job roles, and associated documentation.
  • Conduct monthly individual meetings to assess performance, develop improvement strategies, and implement disciplinary measures when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and propose actionable recommendations.
  • Accurately and promptly complete all necessary documentation.
  • Maintain digital records for all technicians, including performance evaluations.
  • Review and analyze daily and weekly service reports: parts usage, mileage tracking, response times, daily call details, TU call reports, and suspect service activities.
  • Conduct monthly assessments of territory integrity and technician workload.
  • Oversee timecards for your team of technicians.
  • Perform audits as required.
  • Monitor technician time on service calls and reach out as needed.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales assistance as required.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Strong team organization, leadership, and training abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing copiers and printers.
  • Prior management experience is preferred.
  • An organized and detail-oriented disposition.
  • A dedication to fostering teamwork, customer service, and a positive work environment.
