Job Summary

The Service Operations Coordinator is a key member of the Securitas Electronic Security Inc team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Service Technicians: Work with dispatch to schedule service requests and fire inspections, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Customer Communication: Collaborate with customers to schedule service tickets, answer questions, and provide status updates, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and sub-contractors, ensuring schedule deadlines, project accuracy, and project budgets are met.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory and control inflow from vendors, including creating purchase orders using the SAP system.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including receiving materials from vendors, breaking down cartons, and placing them on the appropriate job shelf in the warehouse.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare progress reports on the status of service jobs and communicate with the Service Manager to ensure timely and accurate information.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Work with appropriate personnel to resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis: Gather, summarize, and prepare data for key statistical reports, providing valuable insights to the team.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years of customer service experience within a construction or service-related industry.
  • Skills: Excellent time management, planning, and organization skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of SAP, SBN, SAM, or ERP systems preferred.
