Position Overview:
We are in search of a meticulous and proactive CRM Systems Administrator & IT Support Specialist to become a vital part of our team in Brooklyn, New York. This in-office role merges CRM system oversight with IT support duties, making it an excellent fit for candidates possessing a versatile technical skill set and a dedication to enhancing business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM Administration (60%):

  • Oversee and configure our CRM system, focusing on user management, data structures, and tailored workflows.
  • Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to foster business insights.
  • Maintain data integrity and uphold high-quality standards within the CRM database.
  • Deliver user training and support regarding CRM functionalities.
  • Refine and enhance CRM processes to boost efficiency and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to comprehend and implement business requirements.
Mobile Device Management (MDM) (20%):
  • Establish and manage MDM solutions to secure and regulate mobile devices.
  • Set device policies, distribute applications, and monitor compliance.
  • Troubleshoot MDM-related challenges and provide assistance to end-users.
  • Stay informed on mobile security best practices and execute necessary updates.
General IT Support (20%):
  • Offer first-line technical support for diverse IT issues throughout the organization.
  • Diagnose hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Assist with fundamental system administration tasks.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of IT security protocols.
  • Contribute to the development of IT documentation and knowledge base.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM administration (preferably with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).
  • Demonstrated experience in MDM implementation and management.
  • Expertise in CRM system administration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of IT support principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and data management principles.
