Job Summary
Maximus is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
