About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team at EZCORP. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing sales and loans, and performing various store duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone
  • Process sales, loans, and extensions
  • Perform opening and closing store duties
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
