Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Practice Leader to join our team at LifeSpan. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will play a vital role in providing clinical expertise and professional development support to our inpatient units.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing expertise and professional development support to inpatient units
  • Facilitate timely transfer of patients to higher levels of care
  • Assist with resource utilization and optimize patient flow
  • Participate in quality initiatives and improve patient outcomes
  • Maintain knowledge of contemporary professional nursing practice
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Baccalaureate in Nursing degree
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible clinical experience in medical/surgical nursing
  • Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke is required
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
