About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic Software Solutions Architect who can seamlessly blend sales and customer engineering with full-stack development. Your mission is to translate intricate technical concepts into practical solutions for clients, elevating their satisfaction and engagement. This role demands a rare mix of coding prowess and interpersonal finesse to foster fruitful collaborations both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, showcase, and refine our software solutions to cater to the evolving needs of existing and potential clients.
  • Spearhead the creation and management of APIs and tools for seamless data integration across diverse third-party platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and technical teams to architect bespoke solutions that tackle specific client pain points head-on.
  • Serve as the technical authority during client interactions, effectively bridging the gap between our technology stack and their business objectives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in full-stack development, with a strong command of technologies like TypeScript or JavaScript.
  • Proven track record in data integration, encompassing APIs, third-party services, and intricate data ecosystems.
  • Sharp problem-solving abilities coupled with a knack for devising innovative, streamlined solutions.
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with prior experience in client-facing roles and a talent for simplifying complex technical concepts.
  • Capacity to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities, adeptly prioritizing tasks amidst tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience as a sales engineer, adept at product demonstrations and adeptly grasping customer requirements.
  • Enthusiasm for Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and streamlining manual workflows.
  • Background in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
