The Automotive Technician plays a crucial role in our operations, focusing on accurately diagnosing and repairing vehicles while following established guidelines and standards. This position is vital in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.
COMPENSATION: RANGE OF $75,000 - $95,000 PER YEAR, BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose vehicle issues based on relevant certifications and experience.
- Execute repairs and maintenance as detailed in the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with precision and efficiency.
- Communicate technical findings and necessary repairs to customers and non-technical staff effectively.
- Advise customers on essential services to maintain vehicle performance, documenting all recommendations thoroughly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any safety concerns to management.
- Maintain current ASE certifications and manage the renewal of any expiring credentials.

Qualifications:
- Preferred: at least one unexpired ASE certification or equivalent experience/training.
- Must possess a valid driver's license or obtain one within 30 days of employment.
- Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.
