Chesapeake Home Health Supervisor

Sentara Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our Home Care team in Chesapeake. This individual will oversee a multidisciplinary team to facilitate efficient and effective patient care.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet the clinical needs of patients. You will serve as a resource to clinical staff, physicians, and the public, making administrative decisions regarding potential or actual problematic situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a multidisciplinary team to facilitate efficient and effective patient care
- Coordinate patient care resources to meet the clinical needs of patients
- Make administrative decisions regarding potential or actual problematic situations
- Assist with program and staff development, program implementation, and policy/procedure development and compliance
- Engage in talent retention strategies for the area(s) of responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service delivery
Requirements:
- RN-Associate's Degree OR RN-Bachelor's Level Degree OR RN-Diploma (Non-degree)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, Registered Nurse
- 2 years of home health, infusion, and/or Hospice experience required
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree
