Peak Industrial, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Regional Sales Executive to oversee customer engagement, focusing on the sale of new and pre-owned refrigeration systems, rental options, and driving aftermarket sales initiatives to expand our market presence. The Regional Sales Executive will be tasked with sales responsibilities in the Boise and Idaho Falls regions.
The ideal candidate will be prepared to travel across territories and possess the ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships with both existing and prospective customers. A strong sense of self-motivation and organization is essential for generating and sustaining new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture a positive rapport with all current customers, demonstrating the ability to sell services and parts related to refrigeration systems.
- Conduct daily outreach to both existing and potential clients, including necessary cold calling.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes through comprehensive knowledge of the transportation sector.
- Maintain a detailed daily and weekly log of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for unit sales, service, parts, and rentals.
- Travel throughout the designated territory, as this role is primarily field-based.
- Collaborate with service and parts teams to ensure commitments to customers are met.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding successes and challenges encountered.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience within the transportation sector is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to corporate software systems.
- Willingness to dedicate at least 75% of work time directly engaging with customers in the field.
- Must be highly driven and goal-oriented.
