Security Solutions Sales Specialist

PASS Security is on the lookout for a driven and dynamic sales expert. The perfect candidate will possess a passion for acquiring knowledge and advancing in the field of electronic security, particularly in the small business and residential sectors. This role offers exposure to system design, project implementation, service delivery, and monitoring through cutting-edge video technology and artificial intelligence (AI).
As a leading provider of technology-driven commercial security solutions in the Greater St. Louis Region, PASS Security excels in engineering, deploying, servicing, and monitoring commercial electronic security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads generated by the company to assess potential clients' security requirements and suggest personalized solutions.
- Perform detailed evaluations of client locations to determine security needs and ensure customized solutions are provided.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our electronic security offerings, emphasizing video technology and AI.
- Create and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals, illustrating how our solutions align with client needs and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering continuous support and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Project Management, and Operations Teams to ensure successful project execution and ongoing service delivery.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to uncover new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to expand your network and enhance your expertise.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally with a focus on small business and residential markets; experience in electronic security or technology is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Capability to set objectives and strategies while managing personal performance.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Possession of reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Greater St. Louis/Metro-East Illinois Region. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.
- Eligibility to obtain an Illinois PERC Card (mandatory for all personnel in the security industry).
- Successful completion of a drug screening is required.
