Responsibilities:

* Assist the superintendent in scheduling and coordinating construction activities
* Supervise and train a crew of laborers and carpenters
* Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
* Collaborate with the superintendent to identify and resolve any issues or concerns
* Maintain accurate records of project progress and labor hours

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of experience as a Foreman in commercial concrete construction
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks as needed
* Knowledge of tilt-up panels and the construction process (preferred)
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
* OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain one

Working Conditions:

* Work outside in various weather conditions
* Ability to lift at least 50lbs
