Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:
  • Provide technical leadership across various projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Oversee small teams of developers, offering mentorship and guidance on skill development.
  • Manage the software development lifecycle, including research, coding, and deployment.
  • Conduct technical reviews of software architecture and code, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Engage with experts to identify opportunities for digital transformation within our projects.
  • Document methods and outcomes, representing the Digital team’s services throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL) and/or NoSQL technologies.

Preferred Skills:

Ideal candidates will also have:
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools for continuous integration.
  • Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React.
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
