Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Accounting Clerk to join our team at WireMasters. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor, customer, and internal inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with accounting team members to resolve inquiries and ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Process and apply invoice payments as needed, ensuring accurate and efficient financial transactions.
  • Research, track, and escalate accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
  • Assist various departments with general inquiries related to accounting functions.
  • Perform all steps related to setting up and maintaining customer accounts.
  • Support the incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Assist the accounting department as a backup for other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong oral, reading, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills.
  • Basic Math Aptitude.
  • Exceptional customer service and professionalism.
  • General Technology Capability.
