About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Specialist II to join our team at the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs. As an Administrative Specialist II, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Residential Director and other staff members
  • Organize and maintain office functions, including printing and distributing time sheets and completing daily attendance reports
  • Prepare required documentation for Residential Supports
  • Support the Facility Administrator's office with administrative duties as needed
  • Complete other related job duties as assigned
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma
  • Knowledge of the process for using South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS)
