Position Overview

This role involves delivering comprehensive nursing services to individuals within designated units, ensuring their health and wellness needs are met. The nurse will be accountable for managing acute medical situations in the absence of supervisory staff, while adhering to established nursing and pharmacy protocols.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide nursing care tailored to the specific needs of individuals, ensuring all interventions align with licensing and certification standards.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate nursing care plans into the Individual Support Plan (ISP).
3. Conduct thorough assessments to identify physical and emotional health concerns, developing and implementing appropriate care strategies.
4. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and participate actively in rehabilitation programs.
5. Oversee medication management and nursing procedures, ensuring compliance with health guidelines.
6. Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff, promoting quality care and treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $77,500 to $85,543, based on verified nursing experience. Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000, distributed over the first year of employment. Additional benefits include:

Qualifications
