Role Overview:
As an Assembly Technician II, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by assembling, testing, and calibrating intricate devices according to customer specifications. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support lean manufacturing processes through complete assembly of products.
  • Receive and interpret shop orders, drawings, or verbal instructions to assemble various components.
  • Set up workstations for assembly operations and utilize hand and power tools for product assembly.
  • Conduct inspections and adjustments to ensure adherence to strict quality standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Train and mentor less experienced assemblers as needed.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • High school education with strong writing and math skills.
  • Proficient hand/eye coordination and the ability to safely use a variety of tools.
  • Working knowledge of assembly procedures acquired through on-the-job training.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions and blueprints.
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
