Job Summary

As a key member of the Sentara team, the Equipment Resource Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of medical equipment in a healthcare organization. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform functional checks and coordinate repairs to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to understand equipment needs and provide timely support.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure efficient inventory management and equipment ordering.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in healthcare, customer service, supply chain, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of prior healthcare experience.
  • 1 year of prior customer service experience.
