We are currently expanding our services and are looking for qualified Speech Language Pathologists to provide essential support to students aged 3 to 21 who experience neurodevelopmental delays in communication and social interaction.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be a vital contributor to our students' progress, crafting individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing their functional communication skills and overall learning capabilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering an environment where students can thrive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver tailored speech therapy interventions to students with diverse needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech evaluations to assess language development, articulation, and oral motor skills.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation outlining student needs, treatment strategies, and progress.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions targeting specific communication challenges.
  • Provide guidance to educational staff on effective speech therapy techniques.
  • Oversee the integration of speech therapy strategies within the educational framework, evaluating and adjusting programs as necessary.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through training and educational opportunities.
  • Participate in collaborative team meetings and contribute to case presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Valid license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certification in TSHH/TSSLD.
  • Familiarity with DIRFloortime methodology is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
