We are currently expanding our services and are looking for qualified Speech Language Pathologists to provide essential support to students aged 3 to 21 facing neurodevelopmental difficulties in communication and social interaction.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be a vital contributor to our students' growth, crafting tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing their functional capabilities and learning potential. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering effective communication and relationship-building skills among our students.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver specialized speech therapy services to students with diverse needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech assessments to evaluate language acquisition, articulation, and oral motor skills.
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining student needs, proposed treatment strategies, and maintain accurate progress documentation.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to address specific communication challenges.
  • Provide guidance to team members on effective speech therapy techniques.
  • Oversee therapy and educational staff in implementing appropriate speech strategies, assessing program effectiveness, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Enhance professional development through participation in ongoing training and educational opportunities.
  • Engage in collaborative team meetings and contribute to case presentations to demonstrate the integration of language goals within our educational framework.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Valid license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certification in TSHH/TSSLD.
  • Familiarity with DIRFloortime methodology is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships with students, staff, and families.
