We are expanding our services and are looking for qualified Speech Language Pathologists to work with a diverse group of students aged 3 to 21 who experience neurodevelopmental delays in communication and social interaction. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be a vital contributor to our students' progress, crafting individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing their communication skills and overall learning potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide tailored speech therapy services to students with unique needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech assessments to evaluate language acquisition, articulation, and oral motor skills.
  • Develop detailed written assessments and reports that outline students' needs along with proposed treatment strategies and objectives; maintain accurate progress documentation.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions targeting specific language and pragmatic challenges.
  • Train and support educational staff in implementing effective speech therapy techniques.
  • Oversee the integration of speech therapy strategies within the educational framework, assessing and adjusting programs as necessary.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions.
  • Participate in collaborative team meetings and contribute to staff training initiatives.
  • Present case studies to staff biannually, showcasing the integration of language goals within our educational model.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP).
  • Current license to practice SLP in the relevant state.
  • Certification in TSHH/TSSLD.
  • Familiarity with DIRFloortime methodology is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
