Job Title: Contract Support Analyst - Regulatory Investigations

Crown Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Contract Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Regulatory Investigations Division, you will provide critical support to the Office of Security and Hazardous Materials Safety (ASH) in conducting administrative and regulatory investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Intake and record notification letters received from airmen related to alcohol/drug-related motor vehicle actions.
  • Establish investigative records in applicable databases and research FAA databases to obtain relevant airman data.
  • Research and obtain driving histories for notification letters and National Driver Register matches.
  • Track diligence of work, prioritize, and reorder records as needed.
  • Conduct preliminary investigations to determine compliance with FAA regulations.
  • Compose and send compliance letters to airmen who are in compliance with regulations.
  • Organize files and refer cases for formal investigation if the airman is not in compliance.
  • Update applicable databases during the preliminary investigation process and upon final determination.
  • Expunge notification letters over three years old from file storage.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma and 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Or, relevant BS Degree and 8+ years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice desired but not required.
  • Three years or more of investigative experience desired.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications.
  • Ability to read and comprehend complex information such as Federal regulations or technical information.
  • Ability to work well with internal and external customers.
  • Experience communicating technical, regulatory, or other complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment.
  • U.S. Citizen only. Must pass a background investigation and be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
