Responsibilities:

* Assist with Hobby Lobby's CTPAT program
* Monitor trade compliance regulations and analyze business processes for compliance
* Conduct compliance audits and make recommendations to mitigate risk
* Collaborate with international transportation providers to ensure cargo flows on time
* Escalate issues to the necessary parties as they arise

Requirements:

* Thoroughness in accomplishing tasks and monitoring work for accuracy
* Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate potential future problems
* Excellent communication skills and ability to learn and adapt to web-based reporting tools
* Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Education and Experience:

* Combination of 2+ years' work experience or education in a related field
* Previous logistics experience a plus
