Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Infrastructure Architect to enhance our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and manage Active Directory services across various Windows Server versions including 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019.
  • Possess a solid understanding of FIM and ADFS.
  • Experience in GPO consolidation, OU restructuring, AD Sites management, permissions, and domain decommissioning projects.
  • Oversee remediation of domains, build domain controllers, and upgrade functional levels.
  • Conduct thorough infrastructure assessments, solution design, and execution for Active Directory domain migrations.
  • Utilize tools such as Quest/ADMT for Active Directory domain migrations.
  • Evaluate all domains and forests, including IIS, File, Print, and Database servers.
  • Implement Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access policies, MFA, FIDO Authentication, and Windows Hello for Business.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and application owners to gather migration requirements.
  • Exposure to Azure Infrastructure as a Service is advantageous.

Essential Skills
  • Familiarity with Single Sign-On, directory schema, replication topology, RBAC, and user lifecycle management.
  • Manage Identity and Access Management for Azure subscriptions, Azure AD, Azure AD Application Proxy, and Azure AD PTA.
  • Design and implement Active Directory Federation Services while troubleshooting migration-related issues and recommending best practices.
  • Provide comprehensive support for the migration of all directory objects.
  • Develop specialized automation tools, scripts, and processes for administration and performance monitoring.
  • Expertise in syncing objects, users, groups, and workstations in a hybrid environment.
  • Strong knowledge of designing Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML, WS-Fed, OAuth, and OpenID.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within virtual teams and across various client settings.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting.
  • Primary Skills Required: Active Directory specialization, domain migrations using Quest/ADMT or similar tools, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, Azure AD, and DFS.
  • Secondary Skills: Familiarity with M365 and Wintel.

Certifications Required
  • AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator
  • MS-100 Microsoft 365 Identity and Services

Tools Knowledge
  • Experience with Quest AD Migration Manager, native migration tools, ADMT, DHCP migrations, and file services.
