About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team at Emerson Group;Copeland LP. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT systems, ensuring the smooth functioning of our network infrastructure, and providing technical support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, and desktops.
  • Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and services.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, recommending new solutions to improve our IT infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on network infrastructure and technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, including network protocols, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
