Job Title: IT Manager

Emerson Group is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with Corporate IT personnel to ensure daily oversight and maintenance of both software and hardware system applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support/Maintenance: Work closely with Corporate IT personnel to maintain existing system hardware and software, ensuring the continuous operation of network infrastructure, PC servers, PC desktops, production printers, data collection equipment, security systems, time clocks & bells, and communication systems.
  • End User Support: Provide end-user support for IT equipment and assist other departments in writing reports/queries/dashboards that address information unique to this location.
  • Process Improvement: Work with other groups to continuously improve the operation, particularly if technology can be used as part of the solution.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Technical 4-year College Degree in a related field.
  • Computer software experience, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and networking.
  • Computer hardware experience, including PCs and peripherals, LAN, WAN, and fiber internet.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write correspondence, and reports.
  • May need to be available to assist other shifts at times.
  • Promotes Teamwork.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least one report writer, such as Hubble, BI, or Domo.
  • Ability to speak optimally before groups.
