About the Role

As a key member of our retail store team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, managing and developing a team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With your leadership abilities and retail knowledge, you will help drive sales objectives, implement effective merchandising strategies, and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the store manager to oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and employee development.
  • Assist with product launches, inventory management, and visual merchandising to drive sales growth and maximize revenue potential.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and external partners to build trust and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in team management and development.
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry, with prior management experience.
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems, with a strategic perspective and ability to champion change.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,700 - $76,100 per year, plus an opportunity to earn up to $18,000 in commissions based on performance. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement program, paid time off, and holidays.
