Senior Manager, Business Analysis

Fidelity Investments is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Business Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Technology Group, you will play a critical role in enabling the modernization, consolidation, and digitization of technology solutions.

In this role, you will act as a product owner, conduct business analysis, and work closely with Financial Crimes Compliance, Fidelity business units, and the Corporate Technology Group to ensure a deep understanding of Financial Crimes Compliance current and future technology needs.

You will manage and maintain a prioritized backlog of deliverables, develop and test technical solutions, and participate in building effective business partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute Financial Crimes Compliance technology strategy roadmap
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during visioning and concept development of products
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, Corporate Technology Product Management, and Financial Crimes Compliance business functions to create and maintain a product backlog
  • Lead product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
  • Solve application-related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments
  • Act as an ambassador for the product and communicate changes related to the product to all stakeholders
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work is aligned with technology strategy and results in maximum value
  • Work with end-users to define testing environments and acceptance criteria
  • Define, create, and execute test plans and cases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Previous project management, audit, regulatory, risk, or compliance environment experience required
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong problem-solving and data analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and goal-driven
  • Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills
