Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Victoria Oil And Gas Plc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Compensation & Benefits Manager and assist in the delivery of HR activities such as recruitment, induction, performance appraisal, promotions, and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Compensation & Benefits Manager, including collation of letters and maintenance of employee data.
  • Assist in the delivery of HR activities, including recruitment, induction, performance appraisal, promotions, and training.
  • Collate and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, including employee files and the HR filing system.
  • Provide support for HR reports, including the collation of HR monthly and quarterly reports for management and staff.
  • Work closely with the HR Support team to ensure efficient, accurate, and smooth processing of all relevant administration.
  • Prepare purchase orders as required.
  • Assist in the delivery of NSC monthly reports.
  • Provide administrative support for HR activities, including employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
