Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

FOX Entertainment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of HR and Director of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and departing employees.
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and maintaining job descriptions.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with performance review process and maintain HR database.
  • Oversee COVID-19 protocols and coordinate training sessions as needed.
  • Coordinate yearly employee Flu Shot Clinic and other HR-related events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field and a minimum of 2 years' experience in HR or related field.
  • Working knowledge of HR processes and experience using Workday.
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent judgment, integrity, and discretion involving confidential information.
  • Strong phone and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role is: $ per hour for California.

This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
