Job Title: Portfolio Territory Manager

Merz North America is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Portfolio Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our portfolio of capital equipment products to physicians in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and other related fields.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic product training to medical office staff and physicians.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute sales strategies and promotional plans.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring quarterly new business goals are met.
  • Manage sales funnel and appointments to maximize sales potential.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, cold calling, and management.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain the economic value of our capital products and help clients understand their fit within the capital equipment landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
