Job Summary:

About the Role:

This position will involve working closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing behavioral interventions, providing emotional support, and promoting social skills development. They will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and educators.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist students with developing and maintaining positive behaviors
* Collaborate with teaching staff to implement behavior plans
* Provide emotional support and crisis intervention when needed
* Communicate regularly with parents and educators
* Maintain accurate records of student progress

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 2 years of experience working with students in a supportive capacity
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
