LPN Behavioral Health Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our Home Care team as a Behavioral Health Specialist. In this role, you will work with patients in their homes, providing direct nursing care and coordinating other patient care activities to ensure the highest quality of care.
